Meet the team behind the toots…
Silly Billy Studios is the brainchild of a musician and a showgirl, who both happened to run away with the same circus. With decades of professional live performance experience between them, Ben and Jac have entertained audiences in glamorous theatres and dusty tents all over the world.
Their aim is to create joyous, high energy theatre that is fun for all ages with their unique brand of oddball comedy and original music.
Chelsea McGuffin has been a pioneer and leader of contemporary circus arts in Australia for over 15 years, and is responsible for the circus that the silly billies ran away with.
Jac and Ben both toured and performed in her five star show Le Coup, and when they approached her with the idea for kids show not only did Chelsea lend her directorial eye and expertise, she also goaded them into trying increasingly insane mini clown bike stunts.
